Deepika Padukone and Asin are both early birds. And, believe it or faint, these two girls from the South have a lot of other things in common.They’re SMS buddies, and exchange at least half a dozen messages. Deepika, who is one of the few heroines who gets along famously with her female counterparts, is happy that Asin and she have struck up a good friendship.
Deepika was over-heard saying to another friend, “The nice part of my friendship with Asin is that we’re both daddy’s girls.’’ Yeah, Asin thinks the world of her businessman father Joseph Thottumkal, and Deepika worships the ground on which her super-dad Prakash Padukone plays badminton.With so much going for them, it is hardly surprising that these two 20-somethings have nice things to say about one another. They both seem to be glad about it.
